1. Order Processing Time

  • Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days after successful payment confirmation.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

  • You will receive an order confirmation email once your order has been placed and another email with tracking details once it has been shipped.


2. Shipping Time & Delivery

We deliver across India through trusted courier partners.
Estimated delivery time after dispatch:

  • Metro Cities: 4–7 business days

  • Other Areas: 7–10 business days

  • Remote Locations: Up to 12 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control (e.g., courier delays, weather, or regional restrictions).


3. Shipping Charges

  • We offer free or minimal shipping fees on most orders (displayed at checkout).

  • In some cases, shipping fees may vary depending on the product’s size, weight, or delivery location.

  • Any additional charges such as regional delivery surcharges will be clearly shown at checkout before payment.


4. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email or WhatsApp message with:

  • A tracking number

  • A link to track your shipment status online

5. Delayed or Unsuccessful Delivery

  • If your package is delayed, our support team will assist you in coordinating with the courier partner.

  • If delivery fails due to an incorrect address or unreachable contact information, the order may be returned to us. In such cases, we can reship the order once the customer pays for re-delivery charges.


6. Damaged or Missing Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incomplete order:

  • Report it within 48 hours of delivery by emailing Disbrain.shop@hotmail.com.

  • Include your order ID, photos/videos of the damaged item, and unboxing proof.
    Our support team will verify and assist with replacement or refund as per our Refund Policy.


7. International Shipping

At this time, Disbrain.shop ships only within India. We do not offer international shipping.


8. Change in Shipping Address

If you need to update your delivery address, please contact us within 12 hours of placing your order.
Once the order has been dispatched, the address cannot be modified.
